All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We offer free delivery on all orders of Rs. 1,499 and above. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 199 is charged. The shipping fee is clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Remote areas may take an additional 1–2 days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, public holidays).
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your package reaches you safely. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched, wherever available.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your package on the courier's website. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us.
COD orders require a confirmed phone number. The delivery rider will contact you before delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the package. COD orders not collected after multiple attempts may be cancelled.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on availability and warehouse location. You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and either send a replacement or issue a refund.
Please double‑check your shipping address before placing the order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
